How to take screen shots in windows xp?

step 1
press alt + print screen key by holding down alt key and then pressing print screen key.
(note-this print screen key can be found on the upper right side of the keyboard)

step 2
goto start> all programs >accessories>paint

step 3
press cntrl + v

step 4
save this image.
